I had a three day weekend, but got nothing "weight related" done. However, I did get "use degree" things done, like update my resume and posted myself into volunteer work, so it wasn't a wasted weekend. I plan to go to the gym quickly tomorrow after work at 5pm, but I need to get back home before my step-mom's social event starts at 6:30pm. Would hate to walk into said event all sweaty and messy looking :P

4) Cross my legs... so far I can only put my ankle over my other knee, and even that hurts like hell.

Back On Track
Okay, so I think I'm going to start being more personal with my weight blog. Something to keep me motivated. I donate hours of my day to my computer, so may as well do something productive. I joined a gym on Thursday and have already 3 times.

Morning Weight: 260lbs (UHG! I gained 5 pounds since last week! ><)

Widest Part of my Hips: 56"
Waist At Narrowest Part: 44"
Widest Part of my Breasts: 46"
Chest just Under my Breasts: 39"
Current Comfortable Jean Size: 22
Why the body measurements? Because I want to see if I really will lose weight in my chest as most girls have told me. Also, I'd be nice to see my waist get smaller and know it without trying on old jeans.

Special K protein shake, turkey & provolone wrap, half a Dr Pepper Cherry, 2 string cheese, half a bag of beef jerky, about 13 buffalo wing chicken bites with fat free ranch, small/one serving lays potato chip bag, and a dark chocolate kit-kat bar.

Holiday Hell
Okay, so I weighed myself for the hell of it today, seeing how badly far from my goal I am. I'm glad to see I'm only at 250. I expected 260+.
The holidays are always the hardest, but with school officially done for me I can easily focus on a diet with exercise. I pulled out all my People magazines that features people who lost weight on the cover. They are a great inspiration for me as well as give a great idea of what to eat.
I'm back, baby! Lets get this diet thang started!

I'm joined 50millionpounds.com to help inspire me. I even joined a team of 4 other Walgreens people in the site. I see the commercials all the time on tv, so I'm hoping this is the kick in my ass.

XD So... I went up to 250lbs.... Not happy, but I was totally slacking with two conventions. I have everything prepped, but now I have to actually do the workouts -_-; That's the hard part. Also, I need to find healthier places to eat for lunch :P

Too early in the morning for this...
I was told by two people Friday that I looked like I had lost weight. I'd like to know where cause I'm still 245lbs. I bought a lot of Slim Fast bars and drinks for "on the go" breakfast, which should help. School starts next week and I'm looking forward to going to their gym.

Over Due Post
Okay, so nothing has changed since my last post, but I'm due to post anyways.
I'm still about 245 lbs. With fluctuations of 5 pounds up or down, but never into my goal.
It's already about a third into this month, but before the conventions I'd like to be a size 16/18 (depending on where I shop) or be into the 230's (even if it's 238 lbs).
I was proud of myself. All I had to do was click "confirm" for a large pizza order online for just myself, but when I took my wallet out I decided to keep the $20. I think it was more the money than the unhealthiness of the food that made me change my mind, but in the end I didn't eat it. Instead I made myself tuna rice balls and had pudding for desert about 5pm. I didn't eat for the rest of the night except for water and a can of Mt Dew I had been sipping all night.
I realize I need to eat smaller proportions. I either get a large plateful or go back for seconds. This is at home or when I eat out. I was in the habit of eating smaller meals, and now i have to drag myself back to that point.
My family may be coming down from Michigan to see me graduate in December, I want to look different by then.

Still Same-Same
I'm still about 241... give or take a pounds it always averages back to this number. I dunno why 2 pounds is so hard to lose. I'm also going on vacation next week, so I'm afraid to know what my weight will be when I return. I won't post a blog the next two Monday, but I'll try my best not to give into vacation temptation.

My real goal here is to break into the 230's.... even 238 would be nice. A real goal is to get into the next size down pants I bought a few days ago. I can get them up, but not buttoned closed ;) so very close.
Still drinking a lotta water, but my snacking habits and workout routines have to improve.

1 Step Forward, 2 Steps Back...
I know my period is starting any minute now, so maybe that's why I went back to 244lbs this morning... I know I gotta cut more junk food back out, I sorta went back to old habits, and I gotta work out asap instead of "I'll do it later" when getting home from work.

I forgot yesterday!
Well, I remembered late into the day, but I forgot to weigh myself. I checked this morning and I'm at 241 lbs. I'm debating about changing my goal, since we're already in the middle of the month. I'll try to pump up the exercise part, but continue my no eating at night rule. I'm still drinking at least 30oz of water a day, which I've noticed does a lot of good for me in this starting point.

-_-; I only lost a couple of pounds. I did binge yesterday, but today I totally worked it off! I tanned for an hour in blistering Florida heat and after that I Wii Fit for an hour. My legs are dead! I'm also working til Sunday, so my days feel longer than normal. I'm just glad I didn't have to post a picture today XD

Starting Point
Going for a summer weight loss!
Eating habits:
1) I've started *NOT* eating at night. I work shifts where I get home about 10:30pm and I'm hungry. I either grab an apple of a glass of milk, but its better than left overs from dinner. When I'm off and its late I drink water to fill the empty stomach.
2) I've started this week drinking a 32oz bottle of water ever day at work. I am Crystal Light'n the flavor, but it's only 10 calories per bottle. Also, I've been adding a glass or two of milk to my diet every day.
3) I've also tried to take the Activia challenge (but it leaves you VERY gassy!) . I've also eaten Special K cereal when I have time in the morning.
I've been trying to play Wii Fit, but that's connected to the family tv and I'm limited to when I can play. I'm uncomfortable with my back fat and flabby arms. I have soft weights that I can do repetitive stretches and lifts with. My co-workers keep giving me new and great ideas that I don't need a gym for. I might take pictures of me doing them and post them another time.
