Okay, so I weighed myself for the hell of it today, seeing how badly far from my goal I am. I'm glad to see I'm only at 250. I expected 260+.
The holidays are always the hardest, but with school officially done for me I can easily focus on a diet with exercise. I pulled out all my People magazines that features people who lost weight on the cover. They are a great inspiration for me as well as give a great idea of what to eat.
I'm back, baby! Lets get this diet thang started!
