Back On Track

Okay, so I think I'm going to start being more personal with my weight blog. Something to keep me motivated. I donate hours of my day to my computer, so may as well do something productive. I joined a gym on Thursday and have already 3 times.

Gym Log:
May 20, 2010 - joined gym
May 21, 2010 - did 30 minutes on treadmill
May 23, 2010 - did 40 minutes on bike
May 25, 2010 - did 45 minutes on treadmill

Morning Weight: 260lbs (UHG! I gained 5 pounds since last week! ><)

Weekly Measurements:
Widest Part of my Hips: 56"
Waist At Narrowest Part: 44"
Widest Part of my Breasts: 46"
Chest just Under my Breasts: 39"
Current Comfortable Jean Size: 22

Why the body measurements? Because I want to see if I really will lose weight in my chest as most girls have told me. Also, I'd be nice to see my waist get smaller and know it without trying on old jeans.


(05-25-2010)'s Diet:
Special K protein shake, turkey & provolone wrap, half a Dr Pepper Cherry, 2 string cheese, half a bag of beef jerky, about 13 buffalo wing chicken bites with fat free ranch, small/one serving lays potato chip bag, and a dark chocolate kit-kat bar.



~*~Current Goals~*~
1) Get back into Size 18 jeans (have jeans size 18 from years ago)
2) Enter the 230's of my weight. (haven't been there in YEARS)
3) Going to the gym 4 - 5 times a week.
