Starting Point

Going for a summer weight loss!

Eating habits:

1) I've started *NOT* eating at night. I work shifts where I get home about 10:30pm and I'm hungry. I either grab an apple of a glass of milk, but its better than left overs from dinner. When I'm off and its late I drink water to fill the empty stomach.

2) I've started this week drinking a 32oz bottle of water ever day at work. I am Crystal Light'n the flavor, but it's only 10 calories per bottle. Also, I've been adding a glass or two of milk to my diet every day.

3) I've also tried to take the Activia challenge (but it leaves you VERY gassy!) . I've also eaten Special K cereal when I have time in the morning.


I've been trying to play Wii Fit, but that's connected to the family tv and I'm limited to when I can play. I'm uncomfortable with my back fat and flabby arms. I have soft weights that I can do repetitive stretches and lifts with. My co-workers keep giving me new and great ideas that I don't need a gym for. I might take pictures of me doing them and post them another time.

Current Weight: 245lbs.
Goal Weight: <200lbs.
End of Month Goal Weight: 230lbs.
