I forgot yesterday!

Well, I remembered late into the day, but I forgot to weigh myself. I checked this morning and I'm at 241 lbs. I'm debating about changing my goal, since we're already in the middle of the month. I'll try to pump up the exercise part, but continue my no eating at night rule. I'm still drinking at least 30oz of water a day, which I've noticed does a lot of good for me in this starting point.

Height: 5’4”
Start weight: 265lbs
Current Weight: 241lbs.
Goal Weight: <200lbs.
End of Month Goal Weight: 230lbs.
