Over Due Post

Okay, so nothing has changed since my last post, but I'm due to post anyways.

I'm still about 245 lbs. With fluctuations of 5 pounds up or down, but never into my goal.

It's already about a third into this month, but before the conventions I'd like to be a size 16/18 (depending on where I shop) or be into the 230's (even if it's 238 lbs).

I was proud of myself. All I had to do was click "confirm" for a large pizza order online for just myself, but when I took my wallet out I decided to keep the $20. I think it was more the money than the unhealthiness of the food that made me change my mind, but in the end I didn't eat it. Instead I made myself tuna rice balls and had pudding for desert about 5pm. I didn't eat for the rest of the night except for water and a can of Mt Dew I had been sipping all night.

I realize I need to eat smaller proportions. I either get a large plateful or go back for seconds. This is at home or when I eat out. I was in the habit of eating smaller meals, and now i have to drag myself back to that point.

My family may be coming down from Michigan to see me graduate in December, I want to look different by then.

  1. I think you can do it! Try to eat fruits for dessert and veggies as snacks. And to walk maybe 2-3 times a week? Maybe along the beach with a friend? Like getting it to be a routine.
